The Primal Diet is the quickest, easiest, and most effective way to get your health back on track. Almost everyone who “goes primal” experiences a huge increase in energy, loses weight (if that’s a desired goal), and most importantly regains their health and vitality. We’ll ease into it slow with small but deliberate daily and weekly steps. I’ll guide you through the “primal style” of eating in a way that works for you. And while this will require change and active participation, this is by far the easiest way to do it.
And don’t worry, we’ll focus on foods you love to eat and keep you feeling full and satisfied. This is not diet of depravity. Also, whether you are super lazy when it comes to cooking or a total foodie, there is a full spectrum of options that fit everybody’s time and palate.
Included with this package is full email support and one-on-one virtual coaching sessions on weeks 1-3 and 5,6 (via skype, phone, or FaceTime). The initial session will be about an hour long with following sessions lasting around a half hour.
